Description
Process:
1.The label is imprinted and cut to the final size by the label supplier (external contractor).
2.The label is taken into the reach of the mould by means of a handling unit.
3.The label is transferred and fixed in place (vacuum, static charge) within the cavity range.
4.The label inserted as above is rear injected inside the mould.
5.The finished part is removed while a new label is inserted at the same time.
Advantage:
Short Lead Time: You can manufacture the film with a very limited lead time when compared with traditional methods.
Stress-Free Color Alterations: Without much expense, you can change the film color (label design) without much stress. Get a colorful artwork as many times as you want, before the actual manufacturing process.
