how to make TPR products from black to bright black

TPR plastic raw material is a kind of rubber with high elasticity, high strength, high resilience and injection molding processing characteristics. It has environmental protection, non-toxic and safety, wide hardness range and excellent coloring. Some customers' products are commonly known as bright black because their design needs to be very black. Therefore, under the conventional color matching method, a few improvements need to be made to achieve the purpose.

1. In terms of TPR formula, the TPR of SBS substrate is better than that of SEBS substrate, because the TPR appearance of SBS substrate is bright surface, while the appearance of SEBS substrate is fog surface or sub surface; If TPR (TPE) of SEBS base material must be used due to product performance requirements, brightener can be added to TPR formula to improve brightening effect.

2. In terms of molds, the molds are polished, which is conducive to obtaining a brighter product surface.

3. In terms of injection temperature, the injection temperature shall ensure that the TPR material is fully plasticized. If the temperature is not enough, the surface of the finished products may be dark or pitted.

4. In terms of toner, if it is a black toner or masterbatch, attention should be paid to the compatibility between the toner or masterbatch and TPR and the diffusion of the toner, so the selection of the toner masterbatch (carrier) is very important.

5. The addition amount of color pink mother powder and black powder is generally 1 ~ 2%. For TPR brand with large calcium powder filling amount, the addition amount of toner shall be added as appropriate.
