A wide range of injection mold options
We are capable of handling Normal injection molding, Hot runner molding, Insert Molding, Over molding, Multi-cavity molding. Which cover automotive molds, electrical equipment, household appliance, building materials parts, smart phone accessories and other industrial plastic molds. We can make new molds to meet customer’s drawings according to requirements. If you decide to do the mold, we will provide samples for your approval before sending out the export mold.
Work flow:
1. We support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if needed , (UG, solid works, ProE, Auto CAD etc.)
2. Mold design (MDF report)→ check/approve → approved → make mold → do sample →sample confirmed → check the final mold quality ready to export.
3. Sample shoot: If the first sample is not satisfied with customer , we can modify mold and to meet customers’ requirements.
4.Sample deliver: Produce the customer demand number ,free shipping
5. Delivery time: Delivery goods by sea or by air , special requirements can be acceptable and base on the customers’ demands.
