The material we used
As for materials we usually use for our plastic injection including but not limited to ABS, ABSV0, PE, PP, HDPE, Nylon(PA6, PA66) PC, uPVC， PVC, Plastic + glass fiber, Plastic + UV materials, FDA grade material, etc.
1. Once the mold order is confirmed, our factory will send you this mold 3D drawing and mold analysis report.
2. We will update the mold production status every week to customers by using videos and pictures. to make sure all of them are in schedule, let the production transparent to customers. 3. After trial production, we will inspect the samples to make sure the dimensions are good.
4. We will send the sample and dimension report to our clients for approval.
5. After everything is ok, we will do the final inspection on the molds& products before shipment.
