The material we used
.As for materials we usually use for our plastic injection including but not limited to ABS, ABSV0, PE, PP, HDPE, Nylon(PA6, PA66) PC, uPVC， PVC, Plastic + glass fiber, Plastic + UV materials, FDA grade material, etc.
Our Process
We make the DFM based on custom requirements, after custom conforms it, we start to make the mold. And after making the sample, we send it to the client to confirm the first time, if it is ok, we start to do mass production.
